OnlineAlgoTrading ("we", "us", "our") maintains a clear, transparent, and strict policy regarding all purchases, software licenses, bot downloads, signals, and recurring subscriptions available on our platform.

1. All Sales Are Strictly Final Due to the digital, immediate, and proprietary nature of our algorithmic trading tools, MT5 bots, indicators, and VIP signal subscriptions, all sales and transactions are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once access, files, license keys, or community access are delivered or made available, the service is deemed fully rendered.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property Our strategies, algorithms, source code, indicator parameters, and trading signals represent proprietary intellectual property. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned, reclaimed, or deactivated once accessed or downloaded. To protect our research, technology, and subscriber community, we strictly enforce this no-refund policy without exception.

3. Subscription Cancellations - Cancel Anytime: You may cancel recurring monthly or quarterly subscriptions at any time directly through your user dashboard or payment management portal. - Access Retention: Upon cancellation, future billing will immediately terminate. You will retain complete and unrestricted access to the Services, VIP channels, and tools through the end of your currently paid billing period. - No Prorated Refunds: Cancellations do not entitle subscribers to prorated refunds or credits for unused days within a billing cycle.

4. No Guarantees of Profit & Trading Risk Trading foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, precious metals (Gold / XAUUSD), indices, cryptocurrencies, and leveraged CFDs involves substantial risk of financial loss. - Past performance, tracked statistics, backtests, or community results are neither an indicator nor a guarantee of future profits. - No trading product or automated strategy can guarantee profit or immunity from drawdown. - Dissatisfaction with trading performance, market conditions, personal losses, broker slippage, or technical connectivity on the client end does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Attempting to circumvent this policy by filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, revocation of all software licenses, and exclusion from all OnlineAlgoTrading channels and communities.

6. Explicit Acceptance By registering an account, signing in, completing checkout, or accessing our services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
